~ Photo Challenge ~

Photobucket

Our first challenge on our new blog is CHANGE, it was suggested by Rob.
Rob wrote: CHANGE, could signify everything from the change of seasons to political change to the change in your pocket - an open-ended theme which could hopefully inspire some creativity.
So as usual, you have till Thursday Oct. 9th, 9PM EST to post your entry. Please read the Guidelines. Must be a new post, & remember to link back here in the post.

Photobucket
I thought about going and getting another picture, but I do like this. A local park/golf course in my area. It's usually pretty crowded. Kids playing, folks fishing, people canoeing in the lake. With the chilly weather it is pretty peaceful. The colors and quiet. Yeap, change :)
Don't forget to participate. Click on the link above to submit your entry.

Donna, you said you were not on my blog list, have you added yourself? I cannot add you. Oh, that subscription thing, I have only ever had one alert from them. I see no point in having it really. Is yours working?

I've seen all these cute layouts on a lot of the community's blogs...but I'm finding that they usually are layouts with the skinny middle table. making those that post lots of images and Photos have to make their photos and graphics Tiny or else the table cuts them off.

I'm not liking that!

It seems there is only one standard layout by Blogger that allows that middle table to be at a decent size where we can post our photos and graphics at a large size. It's plain and you have to add your own header to make it your own...I do wish that there were layouts with the Wide table...not just the skinny one.

I say this because i see that you are doing the same as I. So far this is the only thing i don't like about Blogger.

Donna...love the image. It does look like a popular place and you were lucky to capture it with no people in a very tranquil composition. Lots of nice color in your area...and that's definitely CHANGE! Glad you were able to join the challenge.

D, thanks for stopping by... that's one of the roads around Clarksburg which I shot the day of the Intern picnic. I think I might have posted another photo from that day before... I love your photo, where is it? Nothing around here, Amherst, is changing color yet, although I expect I'll get some good shots around Ellicott Creek this year... cheers! Veronica
