~ Community Photo Challenge Ornament ~

This weeks challenge is Ornaments.  It's been awhile since I took part, but I had to do this one :)  Yes, it is an ornament but this one rarely goes on our tree.  It is out year round on the entertainment center.  Just too cute to put away.  During the holiday he actually makes his home in the bathroom.   I just think it has great meaning to the season, and after.  Who doesn't feel like a bubble bath when it's all said and done?

'Cmon and join in.  Click here to see the other participants and join yourself.  I look forward to seeing your shots.

Happy Holidays!

~ Blogger's Community Photo Challenge - Spooky ~

Martha suggested our next Blogger's Community Photo Challenge be Spooky!

Could be something to do with Halloween, or something dramatic, haunting, mysterious, mysteriously strange, or eerie. This challenge starts Friday, October 17th. So post a photo or photos(remember the top photo is the one that will be considered for the final vote) by Thursday October 23.

LOL this house is not too far from me. I pulled over to get a shot and the guy was watering newly planted bushes out front. I yelled, 'so you water to get the ghosts?' He chuckled and as I walked closer to get permission to use his house I find out I actually know him. LMAO! It's friend of my brothers. Too funny...

but he gave permission and even straightened a few of the things for my shot. Love the spider on the roof, and there were several but I wanted to focus on the mummy in the front window trying to get out. The only edit was to make it black and white. The original is below. Wasn't sure which I liked better, but since the challenge takes the first one, it will be the black and white. :)

Don't forget to join in.
